Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for transactions that are failed, reversed, or charged twice.
No refunds will be entertained for successfully completed transactions where the requested service has already been delivered.
Customers must raise a refund request through our official support channels with the transaction reference number, date, and payment details.
Refund Timelines
Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of request/confirmation.
The exact credit timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, or settlement partner.
We strictly follow the RBI’s Harmonization of Turnaround Time (TAT) guidelines to ensure prompt redressal.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited back only to the original payment source/account from which the transaction was made.
No cash or alternative payment method will be used for refunds.
Duplicate Payment
In cases of double debit or excess payment, the additional amount will be automatically refunded to the same source account without requiring a separate request from the customer.
Exceptions
Refund requests will not be processed if the customer has provided incorrect details (such as wrong account number, wrong biller, or wrong mobile number).
Refunds are not applicable for service charges or convenience fees, wherever applicable.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to retain transaction records and payment proofs until the refund is processed.
Any discrepancy must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
