Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NexConnect services, you agree to comply with these Terms
& Conditions.
Services Offered
We provide Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), AEPS, BBPS, recharges, bill payments, insurance, and other digital banking services. Services may change or update from time to time.
User Responsibility
You must provide accurate information for transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any misuse or unauthorized use of our platform is strictly prohibited.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds apply only to failed, reversed, or duplicate transactions.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
No refund will be issued for successfully completed services.
Cancellations, if applicable, must be requested within the defined time limits.
Transaction Policy
Transactions once successfully completed cannot be reversed.
In case of failed or pending transactions, status will be updated as per settlement.
Limitation of Liability
NexConnect shall not be liable for delays, failures, or losses arising from third-party systems such as banks, billers, or network issues.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
